 Monateng : A Sizzling Summer

Radio DJ Carelord Ndlovu is making music and we're excited about this. Before this new single he released a few amapiano songs with DJ Touch which were well received and now he's back with a sizzling track titled "Monateng" meaning "Where the fun is at" Right? (Chuckles) he teamed up with producer KE2Beatz, Rapper King Killa and DJ Touch on this record.

It's a laid back sizzle, ready for summer and the dancefloor.
There's no way you'd play this and not bop to it. This radio friendly song is a quality offering that serves up and the transitions are proper. 🔥💯🔥
We had little chat with Carelord about the song and here's what went down:

Masulele: What inspired The Sizzling New Song Monateng?

Carelord: It was actually King Killa's idea, we were supposed to record a different song with but he insisted he likes the monateng beat and what he wrote can match perfectly with the beat so yeah.

Masulele: Usually that's how the biggest songs are created, that magic moment with a beat. Shout out to King Killa. DJ touch seems to be someone you collaborate with frequently. What's it like working with him? What have you learnt from him?

Carelord: Dj Touch is a genius, he always knows what to do man, and im actually learning a lot from him, i know once he send me a project its a hit he's my music partner we work together when it comes to Amapiano.

Masulele: That's amazing. As a Radio Presenter & Music Compiler you hear a lot of music, different genres, would you say this makes you understand music and how it's arranged?

Carelord: Yeah it does and it makes me understand also teaches me how to make quality music.

Masulele: And can expect a little summer surprise EP after this new release?

Carelord: Yeah that's what we working on already an Extended Project, and also we have been featured on some other Yanos songs.

Masulele:That's awesome. We look forward to hearing it.
And you have a show dedicated to hip hop on Fridays, can you tell everyone about that?

Carelord: Yeah im always on your radio with Funky O every friday night from 7pm till 10pm where we hang out with local hip hop artists and also plays 100% local hip hop.
