Mzansi On Notice: Rifumo James Mathebula RJ is a young entrepreneur, youth leader, photographer and videographer, someone's who's always out to improve, improvise and shine. He's all about unity and empowerment, which we love. We had to feature him on this week's Notice. He recently hosted an event that gave artists a platform to shine.
