The TV world is storytelling fun and creative. A lot of shows have us on the edge of our seats, nail biting, heart wrenching, gasping for air, gushing and blushing. All these moments move us enough to want more. Here are some really Good Shows to watch. (Top 5)  1. Scandal! (Etv) Bad Blood & Beauty a fast paced world where blinking is a miss of the action and drama. Scandal is an impressive show that has you putting your phone down, so good you'll forget that you're cooking and enjoy the scenes. They have fan favourite characters like; Dintle Nyathi (Mapaseka Kotle), Romeo Medupe (Hungani Ndlovu) and Simo Shabangu (Sandile Dlamini) these are some of the characters that bring the story to life in a compelling delivery that'll have you laughing,in disbelief and heartbroken. Get your popcorn, yes it's not a movie date but why miss out on the Monday to Friday serve that is Scandal!? They never run out of surprises and twists. (I love y'all but please update the open...

Little Mix Confetti (Review)

Image
Little Mix : CONFETTI The girls have released their 6th studio album. It's a very amazing offering. Pop, R&B with reggaeton elements. Confetti is a nod to the dancefloor. Heart & sets a very strong tone. We kickoff the album with the 80s inspired BREAK UP SONG, released as the first official single. This song is pop gold, packed with nostalgia and euphoria you can't help but feel good listening to this, we'll definitely let it play on and on and on. They all get a chance to shine on this record. It deserved a proper video thou. The chorus is a beautiful blend of their voices showing they are stronger together. 10/10 HOLIDAY  is The Second Song, it's about celebrating the one you love, being around them feels like a holiday, your getaway. It's more like a sequel to fan favourite "Your Love" from their 4th studio album "Glory Days". Holiday is more passionate and summery sexy, highly complimentary and flirtatious. Another feel good song. 9...

Talk Of The TV: Express Yourself

Image
Afternoon Express. Our favourite lifestyle magazine show. Entertaining. Informative and Fresh with every episode. Presenter Palesa Tembe serves her talent with so much spice and personality you can't help but be charmed. The show has become one of the best, usually such shows get dull, you know what's coming but they've kept things fresh. It's not always the same segments.  The way she drives an interview and interacts with guests is beautiful to watch. The cooking and energy of the show is appealing. You can't help but want to express yourself. 😉 She cohosts with vibrant and flavourful chefs. Watch it on SABC3 Mondays to Fridays at 17:00-18:00
