My Top 5 Picks: Movies




Movies are truly a great escape whether it's that blood rushing highly intense stunt packed scene or the emotional break up, lovers run to each other and burst into embrace or just that humorous movie that has you laughing to tears that a doctor approves you're getting good medicine, whatever the genre we're always ready with popcorn to enjoy the serve and here are my Top 5 Picks for this Week.


         Ironman 3 Theatrical Poster.

1. The Iron Man Trilogy - Tony Stark (Portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.) serves humor, heroic and reckless action packed moments that are definitely worth every scene and your undivided attention. Get your popcorn because Iron Man is a must have on your watchlist. The movies weren't just a box office success (first film grossed over $585 million) but they received highly positive reviews. The third movie brought in a more darker and serious tone that'll have you on the edge of your seat.

 2. Vacation Friends - Starring Global Star & WWE wrestler John Cena. It's more of flick for the bros and girls. Highly humorous, adventurous, fun, wild and delicately sweet at the same time. You'll relate to the couple, friendship dynamic as they rollercoaster through the motions and events. A Hulu+ original movie which was well received by viewers. a sequel is on the works titled Honeymoon Friends.

 3. San Andreas starring Dwayne Johnson (his performance was praised on the film)  it's more of a natural causes kind of film. Earthquakes that'll have you gasping for air, destroying everything where ever they go. It's heart racing, thrilling, intense, gripping and mostly in touch with the heart as we see reviving romance, growing romance and fighting for survival. Even though the plot and script were criticized but it is visually pleasing, beautiful cinematography and the acting is a serve.

 4. The Transporter: Refueled. although it received negative reviews and it doesn't have the Global Movie Star Jason Statham as the lead, the fourth installment has its strong moments and gives you a good dose of drama, action and a bit of rush. Stunning action sequence, pacing & performances starring Ed Skrein as Frank Martin Jr.
It grossed $72 million making it a box office success. It served as a reboot of the franchise.

 5. Seriously Single - Homemade and amazing. It's fun, loving, sexy, humorous and visually pleasing with familiar faces like Yonda Thomas who currently portrays Lelethu Malinga on Generations The Legacy, Comedian, Writer, Media Personality Tumi Morake. The movie is a definite must watch. You'll be drawn in by the colourful and alive characters that give you the much needed energy. It's a burst of joy, relatable and full of life lessons. Viewers loved it and we're sure you're going to too.😉
