Get Your Groove On.

Life is so much fun if we leave out the bad events we are met with. We're overcomers and we should look forward to living with no regrets but Love. Peace & Praise to God. You don't have to wait to get married, get that job or break your virginity to be happy or accepted. You don't have to be validated without first loving yourself enough to do right by you. It's like this, you cannot find it easy to love others while difficult loving yourself.

Yes! People can make you feel unlovable like a complete waste of space but what they say or do doesn't matter because unless you're happy with yourself you'll have no trouble dealing with that and most people are usually projecting. They see you strong where they're weak and they attack because they'd love to be in your shoes but don't know how. A cry for help isn't always obvious. You need to be good to yourself because if you're waiting for someone to do that, even when they are there you'll either sabotage the relationship because of insecurities and issues of self, you making them about everyone around you. Any opinion on conversations you're not ready to have, you feel attacked. Deal with it than to just throw it under the rug. You can have a partner and feel like you're not good enough to be with them and so you judge yourself without anyone saying anything and conclude everyone feels the same way, instead of enjoying the relationship, the job or friendship.....you start being closed off and push the right people and opportunities away.

Sometimes you need to get out of your comfort zone and get help. Be willing to open up about what's hurting you than keeping it to yourself because you think after revealing what's bothering you, we're all going to think you're damaged goods. I have a mentor (Prophet Benji) one who loves God so much and makes no compromise there, I can talk to him about anything because it's a safe space where judgement knows no introduction. I've had to open up about things I'd be condemned for but with the Love of God He treated me with great value. Don't be afraid to talk it out, because the more you hold on to it. The more you become familiar with it, the harder it is to let go. Ask anyone who has an ex or just was too attached to something they struggled to release and seperate. If you wanna be happy, deal with you with Love and even your flaws, don't use them to shame and belittle yourself. Close confessions of "I look unattractive, I'm not good enough, I'll never be loved the way I want" love yourself that way. Set a standard! Even if someone came in and tried to lower it. It doesn't mean you should! You won't be manipulated.

How to Spice Up Your Life?

Treat yourself like how you'd treat your boyfriend or girlfriend. Take yourself out, instead of sending someone else Romantic messages... have daily affirmations, say them to yourself and Believe them. Even if someone says they don't think you're that good looking it won't ruin your day because with or without compliments you're enough.

Create healthier spaces around you. Don't just let anyone or anything in and also watch what you say about yourself. You also teach others to think less and talk you down. Mirror effect? Don't bottle things up. And also you can never go wrong with God. He's your foundation. If you have his Love, He'll Love you so much that nothing will compare or come close to how He'll move mountains for you and God is a gentleman, very chivalrous, he'll open doors for you. Isn't that romantic? What did you expect from Thee Bridegroom? Hello acts of Love of course! (1st Corinthians 13)

Loving yourself means acknowledging and turning to God. Who knows you better than your Maker? God will refine and iron out what's not needed. He can be your therapist too and even better with the Holy Spirit who is our helper. (John 14)

And when you spice up your life don't use bitter herbs. Love goes a long way. Seasoned to Perfection & Delicious. You'll enjoy every bite. 😉 thank you for Joining Us. We hope this article was very helpful.

Until Next Time.
