TEXT: [NKJV] OBADIAH 1:17 

"But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, And there shall be holiness; The house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.



Jesus is the Mount Zion and upon Him is Zion's deliverance and holiness. As a Christ believer, you are from the tribe of Zion. Zion's possessions are right there on Mount Zion. However, Zion cannot possess her possession until she's delivered from all her troubles and destructions and also embrace holiness. Two things needed for you to possess your possession in God through Christ Jesus is to embrace salvation and holiness. When you embrace salvation and holiness, you will have all your possessions restored to you. In Christ, there's deliverance and there is holiness. Deliverance comes through salvation. If you get your deliverance through salvation and then embrace holiness, you will enjoy and experience restoration.

According to the focal scripture for today's devotional message, it reveals that there are two things upon Mount Zion that can help facilitate the restoration of Zion. The two things are deliverance and holiness. If there's anything that facilitates restoration the most, it is deliverance and holiness. Restoration won't happen until there's deliverance and holiness. If you have not been delivered from the power of darkness, restoration cannot happen. If you have not embraced holiness as your lifestyle, restoration cannot happen. As a Christ believer, your experience of restoration depends on your deliverance from the power of darkness and your commitment to living holy.

Your restoration is already in Christ Jesus. Once your deliverance is settled and you have embraced holiness, you will definitely possess your possessions. I don't know the things you have lost to the kingdom of darkness but I want to assure you that Christ can restore you completely. It is an aberration for you to lose your possessions to the devil. Christ has your restoration at hand. Embrace Jesus and He will restore you.

PRAYER

Father, I thank You for the revelation of Your Word.

Father, Deliver me completely from the power of darkness.

Father, Help me to embrace holiness and be committed to living a holy life.

Father, Restore to me all my possessions that the enemy has stolen and diverted.

Amen!
