Hi Mzansi Avenue, I'm Karabo Monareng from Mpumalanga Acornhoek Matsikitsane view. I grew up at Casteel Thembisa. I started doing music and writing songs at the age of 13 but at first I didn't understand what it was all about, I was just doing it all for fun. I fell into a situation of family issues were I felt like there was an issue of abuse inside and I lost one girl I loved with all my heart during that time. During those stressing years I felt so scared and I fell into depression and anxiety and felt worthless. I started taking weed and drugs(Cracker) at the age of 18 just to make myself feel better and I started taking music seriously, where I was putting all my heart, pain and soul into it. My dad doesn't want me to do music but I just keep on doing it because that's where I find happiness. Juice wrld has been an influence all along. I started listening to juice wrld and xxxtentacion during those hard times. So I stopped taking drugs(cracker) after juice wrld's death(RIP to the legend). His music saved my life. So my name "Jay Cracker", the letter J comes from "Juice" and the Cracker comes from the drugs I was taking "Cracker". So i said Juice saved me from Cracker.

Then that's when i started calling myself "Jay Cracker". So Juice Wrld has been a good influence to me via making good music and life aspects.


Music is indeed therapeutic and uplifts many out there. Music is always a friend to all of us. 💯🤞🏽🎉
