A distilled alcoholic drink that derives its predominant flavor from Juniper berries, introduced in the 11th Century AD, its alcohol volume is 35-70 %, originated as a medicinal liquor used by Monks & Alchemists around Europe until it was introduced in the Spirits industry and now has a variety of styles & ingredients. Gin is usually enjoyed with tonic water and has been incorporated into various drinks. You can't consume it neat because it's bitter so we are going to give you trips and tricks of how to enjoy your Gin courtesy of Obéissance Gins.

Botanicals

Juniper / Coriander / Caraway / Iris Germanica Angelica / Fennel.

Obedience: We'll be making a Modern Gin and Tonic, so if you're reading at home or at a party; You'll need:

45ml Obéissance gin (highly recommended)

5ml fresh lemon juice

2 drops of cranberry bitters

Fill up with Tonic Water

You start off with the lemon, you can take a slice and rub it in the glass for that extra flavor, add in your 2 drops of cranberry bitters, then your main master of flavour: Obéissance gin of course, what's a drink without gin? And then add your tonic water and you're good to sip.
