Entertainment Avenue: How I Met Your Father On Hulu

A standalone sequel of the hit and long running show How I Met Your Mother. How I Met Your Father stars  Hilary Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Suraj Sharma, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, and Kim Cattrall.

It has a very classic setting and gives you that hint of nostalgia. The first episode sets the tone of Sophie (Kim Cattrall) in the year 2050 telling her son who's unseen but only heard much like Charlie, about how she met his Father which sends us to 2022 and we see a younger Sophie (Hilary Duff) who's on her way to another disappointing date. It's funny but I'm not a fan of the dark setting as it feels like it carries too much drama but it does work and I enjoy any production Hilary Duff is on and it's been renewed for a 2nd Season. It's definitely a must watch for the comedy+romance lovers. It also points out the real life relationship play like Charlie (Tom Ainsley) & Valentina (Francia Raisa) the act of compromise and communication. Overall it's fun, youthful and a good watch.
