Avenue Music: The Confetti Tour by Little Mix
Avenue Music: The Confetti Tour by Little Mix
The girls kicked off their tour last month and fans around the world were excited. Their first tour as a trio they serve colourful, bright outfits and massive energy on stage with outstanding vocal performances. They performed fan favourite ballad Love Me or Leave Me penned by Julia Michaels from their third studio album: Get Weird. One of biggest best selling and history making girl groups, their run has been amazing, friendship, longevity and good music. They'll be missed...we hope this hiatus won't be for long as what's music without Little Mix? There's no girl group that could fill the mix void.
The tour is a financial success and is receiving praise from fans and critics even Kelly Rowland (who was part of their X-Factor UK journey). The setlist is full of classics with a twist and a few recent hits. Woman Like Me went from reggae to Rock, something we didn't know we needed. Now we feel robbed of a few rock songs from the girls. (Ladies y'all better cook us up a 5 track EP as a goodbye. There better be a lot of rock). Another impressive offering and unexpected is the Salute mash up with Industry Baby by Lil Nas X it's so catchy, offers a good time. Refreshing and a standout. While fans outside the UK expressed disappointment in not having to experience a live tour: The girls quickly intervened as there's an opportunity to watch the final show (for now) tickets are available for purchase. Whether you're in South Africa, The United States Of America or wherever on earth you are, you'll get to enjoy the girls put on a fiery show.
So far our favorite moments are the Gloves Up x Power mash up. It packs an empowering punch. How they each get to shine singing Jesy's solos. Leigh Anne on Love Me Or Leave Me, Touch & Gloves up she understood the assignment. Jade on Shout Out To My Ex, Woman Like Me, wasabi. Perrie on Woman Like Me, Wasabi & No More Sad Songs. Not forgetting the outfits. Leigh Anne in green, Perrie in blue & Jade in purple those looks are everything. The dancers also serve some serious moves and energy. Shout out to y'all.
Everything looks bright, fun and happy it's definitely a celebration. Be showered with Confetti ladies. (We still want that EP thou. 👀) All the best with their careers as Jade is reportedly working on her solo album according to The Sun and Nathan Dawe said they might might work together again as they gave us No Time For Tears. Perrie has her clothing brand Disora. Leigh Anne kicked off her acting career with well received film; Boxing Day starring alongside Aja Naomi King.
Thank You For Joining Us.
Remember to purchase your ticket & enjoy the show. May 14th 2022.
