It's that time when we get to have resolutions or reevaluate our position in certain areas of our lives. It's never easy because at times it feels like you're idling and things aren't going as planned. We are under pressure to deliver and show off a pattern of success but when we are met with a decline we often wanna disassociate with the failure and we lose the opportunity to learn from them. Receive help and do better. 

Running this publication isn't a walk in the park. It's exciting, thrilling and empowering but in the same space it can be demanding and the progression isn't at all pleasing. You have moments where you feel grown but you're still taking baby steps but that's just you rushing out of a process. You're using a slow cooker and expecting a 2 minute noodles serving. It's all about determination, realistic perspective, awareness, patience and commitment all these are found in love.

New Years gives us an opportunity to start afresh, with so much hopes that what we had went through the past year it would be better, be it on positive or negative note, if businesses made a good profit from the previous year, then New years comes with some much hope that even on this new year, it would be better or even best. I always look forward to New Year because I get an opportunity to reflect on my previous years' mistakes and take lessons from them and then do my very best in the new year. I am looking forward to new resolutions, new energy and big Hopes that the one who starts the work, will complete it hopefully in the New Year.

We shouldn't plan just to give up and grow frustrated. Everything has its own pace, its own season..be aware so as not to think you're sinking to never resurface. Conclusions are dangerous when driven by emotions of hurt, impatience and impulse. The things you want won't always come right when you summon. A process takes place, with each step you're able to meet your goals and along the way there come challenges, opportunities plus threats which prepare you, alarm/alert you. Never go into something unequipped. If you have the excitement for it. Also have the emotions to endure when it becomes unpleasant.

Nothing good comes easy. Marriage, Work, Parenting and so on all have their moments so if you want to be the best know that even in the worst you'll have to maintain instead of crumbling to the pressure. Sometimes we crumble into something better. Also protect your vision and be sure it's good for you or you're sinking yourself thinking you're going into deeper territory of success. 

Don't measure your capabilities based on negative points of view. How things seem out of your reach and you settling because you feel it won't be possible. We're all blessed in the Faith. God always comes through. We're all equipped and in line with purpose. Many of us step out of purpose and try to redesign ourselves based off somebody else, we not only lose a sense of identity but we end up being imposters. A shadow of ourselves. So seek caution with how you refer to add on to who you are. 

2023 is another year for you to do something and truly shine at it but it needs you to be ready for the ups and downs not just the best parts of the year. Those who endure know how to overcome than those who wanna run away from the trouble. Be Bold & Daring.
