He's a decorated young man in the culinary industry with recognition/acclaim. Having accomplished so much, it's only the beginning. Welcome To The Family Pule.
Junce Molomo:
Born in Zebediela GA Mogotlane Village, he started his early education at Shikoane Senior Primary School in the 2000, he then completed his grade 7 at Matshumu Primary School in Moletlane village. Growing up he was into arts and culture, poetry and beauty pageants. He completed his grade 9 at Matladi Project High school then pursuit his studies further at the Futher education and Training institution, now called Technical Vocational Training (Waterberg Hotel School) where he obtained the following qualifications : National Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Management, Micro Opera Systems Certificate, Wine course Certificate and other self development certificates, with the same College Junce was awarded Internship program to study International Diploma in Food culinary arts, Food safety in Catering Certificate and Wine service. As jovial and energetic he is the first candidate Waterberg Tvet College and Limpopo Tvet colleges took to Durban to represent them Restaurant Services Worldskills Competition. He then got recognized as the first Hospitality Ambassador, Skills Judge at the Waterberg Tvet College. Junce became the first young Manager at Zai OAT Hotel in janefurse then took the skills development tunnel to train the young and upcoming patrons in the Hospitality industry. He has a competent management background from being a Manager in a Hotel to Private College in Turfloop where he led the Academic department for 12 month period, and a restaurant in Manlyn Mall. His passion is Hospitality education and skills development in the Hospitality field. Junce his the founder of JPC Hospitality Consultants and his aiming to fly the flag high in the industry by training and enhancing the skills of his colleagues in the industry. He currently work as a private Chef and Kitchen Manager in the Greater Kruger. With his traveling experience he believes its time he share the experience with his local Hospitality industries before taking it internationally.
