Mzansi On Notice: Rifumo James Mathebula




RJ is a young entrepreneur, youth leader, photographer and videographer, someone's who's always out to improve, improvise and shine. He's all about unity and empowerment, which we love. We had to feature him on this week's Notice.

He recently hosted an event that gave artists a platform to shine. Where he was the Host and it was quite a vibe.

His work  has been met with acclaim by local publications and he was part of a documentary. Read all about it below:

My name is Rifumo Mathebula, born on the 28-03-1997 . I'm currently based in Ludlow but grew up in Nkomazi Naas and then moved to Bushbuckridge Ludlow in 2012. I attended my primary school level in Magewu which is in Phakama and moved to Ludlow Primary. I matriculated in 2018 at Frank Maghinyane MST Academy.

As a man who loves to be busy with something and due to family issues, after my matric I volunteered in Thornybush Game Reserve for 6 months, 2019 November started working as a Yes4You Photographer and Filmmaker in Conservation South Africa for a Year, in 2021 January I started working as a Yes4You Media Supervisor in Conservation South Africa which I'm still in.

So Rifumo is also an entrepreneur ,teacher and conservationists by nature . I'm the Founder and Managing Director of Incorruptible Realities which is an event management company ,I'm the Program Leader in Wild Shots Outreach  where I teach conservation through photography and I'm a photographer and videographer.

I was part of a film; The film was filmed in 2019 February by Tessa Barlin, during the time when I was volunteering in Thornybush. It is all about my passion for photography, conservation and teaching.
