Local Song Of The Weekend: Zyle Ft. Joyler Teezey - Xikolo

Local Song Of The Week: Xikolo By Zyle Ft. Joyler Teezey.

Class is in session all thanks to The Award-winning, acclaimed Rapper/Songwriter and Entrepreneur. Having sparked an online conversation about the basic education system and how it restricts financial freedom and makes people settle for minimum to average it caused a bit of backlash as the topic was met with mixed reception throughout but Zyle maintained his point of view and finally decided to express his views through his music, he announced that he'll be releasing a track about the subject matter noting how it's his first release in 2023 featuring Joyler Teezey.

The artwork showcases imprisonment and carries core meaning of the highly decorated documented accomplishment that qualifies one for work. The overall arrangement of the song semi stripped as it's guitar kissed over a melody that's reminiscent of someone playing a flute, it's like a classic tale told about something ongoing in today's society, a genius display of music meets reality in the beauty of story telling. Joyler & Zyle hold their own on this one. "Hi dyondzekile mintirho ahi yi kumi" (we're educated/qualified but there aren't any jobs available) as sung on the chorus.
