Keri Hilson is one of the most amazing contributors in the music industry as a Singer-Songwriter. She has penned some of the best and most acclaimed hits for stars such as Danity Kane. Britney Spears. Ciara & others. 

Best known for working with Timbaland/ The Clutch and her interesting blend of R&B plus futuristic sounds Ms Hilson always brought it good and fresh. Her debut studio album in a perfect world....is one of the best albums with songs still played today such as Knock You Down Ft. Kanye West & Ne-Yo. Energy. Return The Favor with Timbaland.

It's a hard hitting album with strong aggressive beats while maintaining the feminine touches and poise on records such as Slow Dance, Make Love and one of my personal favourites: Alienated which feels like a summer ready romance nostalgia bop. Her vocals manage to shine with distinct energy and presence.

Her second studio album also was good as she worked with John Legend. Rick Ross. J. Cole & Nelly. 
Featuring the Singles: Pretty Girl Rock. Breaking Point. Lose Control. The Way You Love Me. One Night Stand. 

Which was more R&B/Soul driven with Pop & Dance elements throughout. Standout tracks such as: Toy Soldier. Lose Control. So Good. Beautiful Mistake & The Way You Love Me. 

No Boys Allowed was more of empowering, it had a more stronger intense tone with emotion and was a bit dark yet maintained the fun side with Pretty Girl Rock & Buyou. Lie to Me has aggressive beats very charged up and is reminiscent of her debut albums' tone. 

She's an incredible artist who went on a hiatus afterwards as there was much drama which we don't want to talk about as we want to celebrate this amazing young woman who is a gem. She's truly appreciated. We can't wait for a third studio album as she's been teasing it quite often.

Hopefully we get a third album. She has been featured on various platforms of media such as movies like Think Like A Man, Riddick & BET+ original film Ruined which will premiere soon, keep a close eye on her socials. She portrayals a villainous character in the psychological thriller starring as Alexis Torres.
