We're appreciating our Local. National & International Stars who are releasing memorable outstanding records accompanied by impressive accomplishments that have us applauding their progression. In No Particular Order:

Tinashe - She's someone who is true to her artistry and stepped out of the manufacturing box to tap into her world. Her growth and maturity are Impressive. She is always putting out these projects that are a new level of music. Each album has it's own tone and energy that you won't refer back. Because Tinashe keeps it fresh. With songs like Let Me Down Slowly. 

AKA

The Run jozi rapper stepped in the scene with Victory Lap to much reception and he's been on a roll of good music with hits such as Jealously & Congratulate. Known for his strong personality the rapper's accomplishments are clear that he didn't check in to play hopscotch but he's always scorching hot. 

Dawn Richard is revolutionizing music. Her compelling futuristic sounds can land you on the dancefloor or prepare you for any occasion. She's not afraid to go on a journey with her sound and vocals making her one of the best artists in this generation. Her discography is highly Impressive. Whether it's mainstream pop/R&B or Alternative blends that erupt a new love for music for the listener. 

Sjava 

He's a meaningful artist who dives deep into his records, a man not afraid to express himself. Setting an important tone to a generation of men. His music is empowering and relatable. He's gonna have you in your feelings for a good time or a moment of vulnerability. An essential artist in music.

Makhadzi

She is one artist who's been met with a lot of challenges but she overcame it all. Her success story is truly for champions. Her music is feel good, dancefloor ready and brings people together with an amazing stage presence, this artist knows how to put on a show and break free from the restricting mold of expectation towards artists. 

Tove Lo - She's someone whose music is bliss. Tove dives into conversations and channels them so well you're tuned into a good time whether it's her expressing her womanhood or falling in love and sexual desires she sure gets you ready for a vibe. Empowering moments and a retro vibe that you'll appreciate. 

Shekinah - Award Winning and highly popular with her stunning records. She's also has a number of collaborations with many producers and artists. Shekinah revived the South African pop scene with her introduction as she blazed her spaces with good music. Catchy hooks and a distinct voice that sets her apart. While she's not doing fancy high notes, her signature style is impressive and refreshing. 

Donald - He once gave us these amazing bops which were all over the radio and many playlists around the country. Known for his falsetto notes, Donald brought us these heartfelt dance ballads that set a strong tone. Whether he was In Denial, Over The Moon or simply cooing about how life is unpredictable; his discography is decorated with pleasant, timeless music that we will always appreciate. 

Lady Zamar - She stepped into the scene and became a huge household name with her songs being adored by many and complimented for the international pop sound blended with South African tones. While met with controversy her arrival releases are truly brilliant in writing and delivery with the acclaimed Collide which is a lover's smash hit, you can't deny she set a mark and we believe she's just getting started.

Cassper Nyovest - He's highly established and has accomplished so much from record breaking achievements to successful business ventures. He's proven to be versatile and a game changer in music who brought back a rush and sparks conversation with every project he works on. An inspiration to many, call him John Cena cause he rises above the hate and thrives in what he does. 

Rouge - She's one of the best rappers in the game. In a male dominated genre she's definitely holding her own and shining as she should. Hard hitting delivery and fun filled offerings are the occasion she never misses out on. Rouge is definitely representing.

Dua Lipa

She's dominating the music scene especially with her sophomore studio album Future Nostalgia which received accolades and acclaim plus different editions with massive collaborations and productions, she kissed us back to disco and we love it. She's just getting started..

Kwesta - One of the best selling artists who revived the kwaito sound as he refreshed it into something special in Hip Hop. Having collaborated with artists like Rick Ross. Kwesta understands his produce and never disappoints with his projects keeping it authentic and we are definitely here for more. With songs like Nomayini that are electric and a massive turn up, it goes hard on the beat, it's like a national anthem. 

Charli XCX

A highly creative artist who is daring with her experimentation of music. Each era she brings something new and better than before. Charli, her self titled released in 2019 is our favorite for how it has this industrial, futuristic, classic and different elements coming together to make something that stands out. The album featured: Sky Ferreira. Lizzo. Kim Petras. Troye Sivan & Haim. Beg For You is another example of how she delivers the very best. 

Nasty C - Ever since He got his Juice Back, this rapper has never been thirsty as he's now a Global star with a beautiful rise to the top. Praised for his lyrical and vocal delivery to many artists on the rise he's like a blueprint because he made a lasting statement.

 K.O

The Skhanda King who knows how to always be on beat with an authentic and organic vibe that never misses the mark. He's an outstanding household name who has us moving in and renewing our lease and never moving out. His take on Hip Hop music is appealing and sets him apart. 

J. Cole

An acclaimed rapper who's celebrated for his strong lyricism and is regarded as a realist. His projects are always anticipated because of the value he carries as an artist. 

Ariana Grande

She's one of the best vocalists of our generation know for her whistle register and how she's able to utilize her voice to perfection on records whether she's harmonizing or belting she's always on beat. Our favorite is her Thank U, Next era she definitely shined and brought her A game on a cohesive and fun album that brought the very best of Pop & R&B. Songs like Bad Idea & Bloodline deserved the single treatment. Each album offers something new and she keeps evolving.

Ava Max

The Freaking Me Out singer was first introduced through her breakout hit Sweet but Psycho which was Pop music magic and took us back to that early 2000s sound we hardly heard on the radio unless it was a throwback jingle. Her debut studio album is impressive as it has a balanced tone which is cohesive and comes together brilliantly without overpowering each other. She's doing so well and reviving a tone we thought was no longer relevant.

Ricky Rick

The late Rapper also known as Boss Zonke. He was an amazing artist who channeled himself through his music especially his love for fashion. Catchy hooks with that Luxurious Kasi style, he served pleasant records which will forever be on play and inspire others to step out, be original and shine. His music lives on.

Khuli Chana

Best known for his timeless hit Tswa Daar.  Khuli brought a flavorful listen with his music from distinct dreamy sounds to groovy anthems that sure set the footing on the dancefloor. His catalogue is good music galore. 

Locnville 

These twins know how to use their lower register so well from alluring flows to vibrant hooks with a range of genre, they never missed out on growing as artists and their longevity proves Locnville is the best on the game. From trippy records to get your swag on and vibe, they've done it all.

Zyle 

He's no surprise entry. His work says a lot as he may be an artist on the rise but has accomplished so much and inspired others to step out of their comfort zones from releasing acclaimed projects to going on local tours, he proved that sometimes you don't wait to have it all to truly shine. You need to use what you have and take it from there. His music has a strong impact on people's lives.
